Looking for a Make Ready Project Manager We are an up-and-coming growing make ready company and we are looking for a Project Manager who can supervise multiple projects at the same time. Generally 4-5 projects consisting of single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and condos. We do work for a wide range of clients. We are NOT looking for a construction project manager. Qualified applicants should have at least five years experience in running jobs ranging from small $1,000 make readies to $50,000 make readies. You will need to be able to supervise the replacement of water heater replacements, appliances, cabinet replacements, painting, wood floors, carpet, sheetrock and wall repair, blinds etc. Basically anything that goes into a make ready. You will need to be able to walk a property and determine the progress of repairs and that they were repaired correctly. You will need to have experience in make ready repairs and renovations. We cover the entire DFW metroplex area with a heavier concentration in the north Dallas area. Expanding to the Houston metroplex (North Houston). We are looking for a detail orientated person who has a good work ethic. You will be working directly under the Operations Manager. You will need to have a good form of transportation, a smartphone and basic computer knowledge.  We are a company that offers good quality work for both investors and homeowners.
