Our highly energetic team is looking for a handy man service specialist need Diagnoses problems and makes repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliances. IT COULD BE YOU!!!!!!! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Paints structures, repairs sheet rock and woodwork with carpenter's tools • Repairs and maintains physical structures of apartment houses using hand and power tools • Knowledge of boilers and appliances • Repairs floors and tile • Repairs plaster • Repairs plumbing fixtures • Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures • Reports any maintenance issues and/or concerns to property manager in a timely manner • Responds promptly to all on-call pages/requests • Is able to trouble shoot electrical and solve easy problems • Completes work orders according to Company guidelines and safety standards • Maintains tools and equipment in the maintenance shop in an orderly manner and according to Company policy
