Company seeking concrete and wood carpenters who want to start a career within one trade and expand/evolve into other trades. Ideal candidate would be looking for a long term opportunity and grow with a company who is looking for candidates to be innovative and bring their experience and approach. Job Duties: • Commercial concrete laborer duties and outdoor labor. • Exterior finish carpentry building architectural wall systems, weather proofing. • Installing steel stud framing on commercial new builds. • Working outdoor and performing manual labor works. • Primarily working with ACM panels but may also by working with foam, wood, zinc, copper, terra cotta and stone panels. Qualifications: • Experience with wood framing, metal stud framing, interior/exterior trim, stud framing. • Install panels - foam, wood, zinc, copper, terra cotta and stone panels. • Experience in commercial environments. • Able to use basic hand tools and power tools • Ability to read blue prints is a plus • Aware of OSHA safety codes Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Occasional Saturdays
