Looking for an individual/company to assist with maintaining 10 properties of mine in New Orleans (one in Marigny, two in Central City, one in Garden District and the rest within one block in lower Central City). There is currently 8 properties and I will be adding 2 more in the upcoming months. You will need to have your own equipment, be reliable and an excellent communicator. Needing services every two months and will pay 600-800 every two months. Only three properties have an actual lawn. The majority of them require weed/tree/shrub maintenance, most are back yard and/or minimal front maintenance as well. You will see when you visit the properties.
