As the Lead Generator, you will be working in a retail location close to your home, building relationships, and setting appointments for our HVAC sales department. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys talking to people, can work independently, is performance-oriented, and is goal-driven. This role is a great fit for natural leaders and extroverted individuals who are looking to supplement their retirement income or to have flexibility while attending school. Responsibilities: • Engage prospects and provide benefits of new/replacement HVAC systems and maintenance • Set up free, at-home- appointments/consultations for customers •Gather information from potential customers (address, phone number, etc.) • Work in alternate retail locations as needed • Input lead information through a smartphone Job Requirements • Must enjoy meeting and interacting with new people and networking • Exceptional communication skills • Professional appearance • Sales or marketing experience preferred, but we'll train those with the right drive and core values • Available to work some evenings and weekends preferred • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time • Must be able to pass a background check
