Compensation: $14 - $17/hour (DOE) Paid overtime (1.5x) Flexibility in hours/schedules Requirements: Lift heavy loads (50-75lbs) Own and operate a smart phone with a data plan Climb ladders, stairs, and be comfortable walking on commercial (flat) roofs Occasionally work outdoors during cold winters and hot summers Valid driver’s license Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical wiring or carpentry is a plus, but not required Available for occasional overtime (paid at 1.5x) is a plus Expectations will consist of widely varying responsibilities. We are looking for motivated and teachable individuals. Previous skills are always welcome, but not required.
