Recording artist and live performer currently taking new students around the triangle area. I have a M.M. as well as a B.A. in jazz performance (guitar). I specialize in improvisational music, but can help with reading, composition, technique, or any theory. I personalize my lessons for every student, each with unique goals. I have taught for 15 years, ages as young as 6 and as old as 75–in private and group settings. I can help guide students in any genre—metal, blues(slide guitar), rnb, country, whatever you like! Also offering Pedal steel guitar lessons. Notably I have performed with Jesse Daniel—winner of 2019 Ameripolitan award for Honky Tonk male. Currently only offering remote lessons on zoom, FaceTime etc— it’s a cheaper rate than usual as a result. Individual lessons go for: 1/2hr-25$ 45 min-35$ 1 hr-45$ This is up to half the rate of local music schools and you get the peace of mind of being taught from a person with an advanced degree and current recording credits.
