Job description We are looking for EXPERIENCED Floor Techs. Must have 2-5 years of experience with stripping and waxing, buffing floors, and carpet extractor. Flexible hours preferred Basic cleaning knowledge required Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry 50 lbs. or more Must have reliable transportation and able to handle manual labor Ability to follow-up with night cleaning staff Background check/drug-free Skills: Basic knowledge of all floor care. Basic knowledge of carpet cleaning. Experience with buffers, carpet cleaning Good eye for detail Minor repairs Decision making capabilities Able to work independently Responsibilities: On-site floor work: strip and wax nightly, run an auto-scrubber Run carpet extractor Follow directions as stated in the log by customer and area manager Job Type: Part time, hourly position. Mostly evening time scrubbing of floors and evening/ weekend stripping and waxing. This position is on an AS NEEDED basis so your schedule can be very flexible unless you have experience commercial cleaning and are interested in nightly cleaning on the nights we do not need floor care. Required license or certification: • Drivers License Job Type: Part-time Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
