In its simplest terms, Cuomo is just the product of his DNA. Throughout the animal kingdom, males are the aggressors, the breeders. The biological imperative is to spread the seed as widely as possible. In humans, we have the ability, and the social expectation, to curb these "urges". Sadly, the other aspect of humans is that when a male rises to a position of power, be it corporate or political, he feels entitled to Whatever The Hell He Wants. Sexual aggression is MUCH, MUCH more common than is ever reported. While we have a continuous parade of executives and politicians engaging in the "sport", many more "unimportant" molestations go unreported and unpunished.
