Quick moving job - truck or van - Heavy boxes to post office

I have approximate 15 heavy boxes that need to be brought from Lyme NH to the UPS in West Lebanon NH. I moved to Colorado and have been unable to find movers so shipping everything. Looking for someone with a truck or van who can lift and move heavy boxes through a garage into the vehicle and bring to UPS to help my mom ship them. No stairs involved.
