Full-time and part-time opportunities, all Crews start at 7a.m.. Advancement opportunities after 30 days! $500 sign-on BONUS paid after 60 days*. Qualifications: -Reliable and trustworthy -Team player with positive attitude -Customer Service orientated with problem solving skills -Drug free with no criminal record Physical Demand: -Able to repeatedly walk, crouch, climb, stoop, balance and kneel -Embody full use of reach with arms/hands with ability to hold, grab and carry -Comfortable lifting; up to 100 lbs Pay and Benefits: -Starting hourly wage for Movers; $15/hr. + tips -Advancement opportunities after 30 days with pay increases • 3rd Man; $15-16/hr. + tips • 2nd Man: $17-18/hr. + tips • Crew Chief in Training; $19-21/hr. + tips; must have clean driving record • Jr. Crew Chief $20-22/hr +tips; must be 20* years old, drive box trucks and have clean driving record • Sr. Crew Chief $21-23/hr. +tips; must be 20* years old, drive box trucks, have clean driving record and been with the company for 1 year • Incentive bonuses and commission opportunities -Paid training -Team building company events and activities -Health, Dental, IRA Contribution Match, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays (FULL-TIME employees only) College Bound Movers is an equal opportunity employer who recognizes talent and promotes from within.
