Description

Must be able to lift 50 pounds due to heavy equipment and job site materials. Mostly outdoors. Oversee construction projects from beginning to end. Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule. Collect payments from clients. Conduct site checks and monitor progress and quality standards. Reliable transportation is a must: preferably a truck. Must be highly organized. Excellent time management ability. Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties. Conflict resolution and conflict management. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ability to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous jobs. Monday-Friday. Must be available for some weekends. Job Type: Full-time MUST HAVE A TRUCK. Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
