Do you have the following skills: Framing Flooring Repair and Installation Drywall Repair & Patching Tile Installation Water Remediation Sanding, Prepping, Priming, Painting walls (DC lead certified a plus) Installing cabinets, windows, doors, & flooring Vanities, toilets, and faucets (plumbing a plus) Able to operate typical hand and power construction tools Carpentry skills such as installing laminate, LVP, hardwood flooring Gutter cleaning
