Summary of Position: • Provide quality support and restoration services to residential and commercial clients • Set customer expectations and address the needs of customers • Inspect site, take readings, evaluate existing and potential site needs, and provide estimate of the job costs to customers • Place, adjust and remove equipment in remediation or drying environment • Create and project manage the Scope of Work through completion • Communicate with clients, project managers, and insurance adjusters • Operate and maintain company vehicle • Prepare service bills and collect payment from customers Skills Required: • Ability to lift 50 pounds, and kneel, bend, stand for extended periods • Reliable, customer-oriented, and excellent team player • Willingness, flexibility and able to work in an "on-call" environment • Immensely honest and ethical person • Great positive attitude and organized individual • Excellent personal skills and ability to think on feet • Outgoing and personable individual
