Weekend farm help wanted

I am in need of some weekend help. I run a farm in Reems Creek, and I also care for the elderly owner (female, 93). I work constantly, and quite honestly I can't keep it up. I would love to have someone to come in on the weekends, either to do some farm work or to assist the elderly owner (or both would be great). I just need at least one day off a week. The farm work would be basic stuff- feeding cows and chickens, maybe mowing/weedeating, weeding flower beds... I can tailor the jobs to the interest/ability of the worker. Caregiving would involve cooking a small meal (or maybe just heating up leftovers), feeding the three dogs and the cat, and some sweeping/vaccuming/washing clothes. Hours are somewhat flexible; it would be great to have someone all day Saturday, or morning and evening Saturdays and Sundays. I would also be willing to trade Sundays for Fridays. It would be a minimum of 4 hours per day, maximum of however much you want to work. If you want more work, you can work weekdays too!
