CONCRETE FINISHER Works with limited supervision and can finish concrete and carpentry. Knows quality of a finished job and can demonstrate this knowledge through completed work. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible to smooth and finish freshly poured concrete by using floats, trowel, or screed and other equipment as needed. • Installing form work, wood, and metal to hold concrete in place, including reinforcement rebar or wire mesh. • Has knowledge of finished job quality and can demonstrate it in their work. • Must be able to read and interpret plans/drawings and perform work according to the specifications. • May function as a Lead Man on a project. • Performs reliably and is conscientious about finished quality. • Perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Two years of experience in construction required, and at least 1 year of concrete finishing experience • Have a valid driver’s license and a CDL would be preferred, but not required. • Have good communication skills and experience working in a team environment. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing • Be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50+ pounds Benefits • Base Hourly Wage $20 - $26 depending on experience • Health Insurance (PPO Plan and HSA Plan) • Dental and Vision Insurance • ESOP (Employee-Owned Stock Plan) • Short & Long Term Disability • 401k with Company Match • Accrued Paid Time Off • Weekly Pay by Direct Deposit
