Job Title: CheeseCake Factory Production Worker Location: Sanford, FL Duration: Full Time (medical insurance, vision, and dental, holiday and vacation pay, plus other benefits) Timing: (1st & 2nd Shift) Responsibilities: 1-taking the cakes out of the pans and sending them down the line. 2-cutting the cakes. 3- putting different flavors (pieces) on a plate for variety. 4- placing a clear plastic dome on top of the cakes. 5- packing completed cakes inboxes. Bonus: Every worker who had perfect attendance every month will receive a $250.00 bonus per month. Every worker will receive $100.00 for working 40 or more hours per week. All workers must come for a paid orientation that lasts approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours prior to starting work.
