Spinoff Construction Site Superintendent Temporary Contract Position (3 to 4 months) The Site Superintendent is primarily responsible for the on-site supervision of construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Site Superintendents control the time, cost, and quality of projects. They plan and coordinate all on-site aspects of the construction process. Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise on-site construction project • Monitor daily progress of the construction schedule to ensure project is completed within client’s timelines, the workmanship is up to Spinoff Construction standards, and projects remain within budget. • Prepare and accurately maintain project documentation and records, including RFI’s, logs, job reports, change order requests, correspondence, etc. • Plan and prep construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress against established schedules • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with trade contractors, consultants, sub trades, designers and clients Requirements: • Proven working experience in construction as site superintendent on: o Retail Ground Up o Restaurant Ground Up o Remodel • Self-motivated and self-directed • Ability to work flexible hours on occasion including evenings and weekends on a project specific basis • Must have a valid driver’s license, and must have access to a vehicle to travel to and from job sites • Must be able to read and thoroughly understand architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural drawings Salary is based on experience.
