Laborer and light Framing

We are a southern California Real Estate Developer that mainly builds in the Inland Empire. We are currently looking for a General Laborer and construction assistant. Assisting the job Superintendent and assistant Superintendent. Job duties will require, cleanup and debris, sweeping out homes, helping with light framing duties, cutting, painting, staining and checking for Quality control. Knowledge of driving a bobcat is a huge plus. Right now we have 3 sub divisions and have about 3 to 4 years of solid work ahead of us. Pay is dependent of skill and experience. Pay starts at $16 to $19 per hour with room for advancement. Pay is weekly. Must have valid ID and reliable transportation. Please email me @ [email protected] and send your resume. Thank you!
