Labor help needed . Carpentry Experience Req. - NO DRAMA

Aloha, Sounds wacky but I'm a guy moving to Chatt from Hawaii and found a decent house I can actually afford with an epic view and it's TRASHED. I have a solid project management and construction background but I need boots on the ground to work with me for the rest of 2021 removing trash, fixing stuff, and lots of carpentry work. I will sub out drywall (which I hate dealing with). There will be music, good food, totally flexible hours and pay is in cash. 420 Friendly after hours, cold beers, no other drugs or drama, zero tolerance. Req a signed waiver of liability. Will purchase $$$ in new tools so basics a plus but I can provide all power tools & equipment. Spot is halfway up lookout mountain. Also possible to live at the home for rest of the year once we get an area stabilized. (like fixed up and usable, clean, decent, etc) Ideally looking for 3 people total. Perhaps you have some friends looking for a flexible gig?? No rush but hit me back with some info on yourself and any ideas. I'm 46, x-pro touring drummer, stock picker, climber, mtn biker, family man, ecopreneur, yoga dude, punk skater, new age hippie and a plethora of other contradicting labels which may or may not be discernable from my appearance.
