StorAmerica Self Storage Maintenance - Responsible for 3 properties in Corona, Perris and Wildomar Payrate: $15.00 - $16.00 an hour Hours are Tuesday - Saturday - 9 am - 6 pm Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, a high energy, positive person, team player and self-motivated. We are a growing company and like to promote within. If you're punctual, responsible and a self-starter with a strong work ethic we would like to hear from you. Job description: * Perform all property repairs (gates, drywall, plumbing, lights, paint, plumbing, etc.). * Sweep hallways as needed. * Perform unit conversions as directed by supervisor. * Clean vacated spaces and abandoned goods as needed. * Clean unit doors regularly. * Need to have reliable transportation. * Maintain facility. * Report any/all deficiencies to supervisor The position is not limited to the description above.
