I’m an executive and entrepreneur with two daughters, a rising high schooler and a rising middle schooler, who are a lot of fun and keep me extremely busy. I already have a wonderful housekeeper, and would now like to bring on a personal assistant for 9 hours/week to help me with administrative and household tasks. As my personal assistant, you would be responsible for managing our household in Encinitas and helping me with everything home-related. Additionally, I’d love your help with some tasks related to my personal business—your responsibilities may grow as the business grows!
Responsibilities:
- Improving organization and storage, tidying up the home, decluttering, managing any home maintenance/repairs or vendors
- Stocking groceries and other household items
- Ordering, shopping, handling returns, and running errands
- Organizing paperwork, scheduling and calendaring all appointments for the family
- For my business: scheduling and calendaring, booking travel and checking in for flights, basic bookkeeping, planning and organizing events
- Planning cooking activities with and for my kids, especially using our Ninja Foodi, and helping me expose them to different cuisines
- Organizing kids’ activities, calendaring school events and school needs, managing school correspondence
Desired Qualifications:
- An eager go-getter who learns quickly
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Family Assistant a plus
- Organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Pride in a tidy home
- Experience working with children a plus
- Willingness to get creative in the kitchen
- Vaccinated for Covid-19
Location: Encinitas, CA
Compensation: Based on experience.
Schedule: 3 hours a day, 3 times a week. Flexible on exact schedule but prefer 9-12 am or 3-6 pm or 4-7 pm. Hours may increase upon need.
