I manage a 4 unit complex on Lindsay Street in Lake Elsinore. One of the breakers is popping at the breaker box. I need that fixed. And I need a switch looked (inside unit #1)at that controls the cooler unit on the roof. The apartment has a wall unit control switch and it not operating the cooler unit on the roof.
