We have a small landscape install business with several vehicles and motorized equipment that need periodic maintenance. We have trucks, excavator, skidsteer, lawn-mowers and other assorted small engines to be addressed. We have a mechanic that we like, he works 1 day a week, or more on demand, but we'd like to hire another experienced mechanic to take up the slack and possibly assist on more involved repairs. You should be experienced and capable on things like brake systems, coolant systems, wiring, tune-ups, etc. We don't generally attempt to pull engines or transmissions ourselves, we can outsource those larger operations - unless we found the right tech I suppose...
