Property Management company seeking experienced handyman for maintenance repairs for our residential properties located in Los Angeles (Mid City, Koreatown, Hollywood, Silverlake, Echo Park, West Hollywood, Culver City, Brentwood, West Los Angeles, and etc.) *** PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU LIVE AROUND THOSE AREAS!!! *** We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in the following: - Drywall repair including patching and painting - Plumbing (small leaks, snaking clogged drains, replacing faucets or fixtures) - Electrical (replace broken breakers, fix non-functioning outlets, replace fixtures or ceiling fans) YOU MUST... - Speak and understand basic English. Bilingual is a plus. - Have your own vehicle and tools. - Have a smartphone (you will need to access the work orders via-email) - Have an email address - Be responsible - Be honest - Be reliable - Be punctual - Respond to all service requests and on-call emergencies This is an hourly independent contractor position, you will be getting paid $24.00/hour.
