I'm 83 years old and use a walker to get around and when I walked into the laundromat early this morning and told the black attendant Tasha that I had a bag of clothes in my vehicle to be washed, she told me to bring them in myself. When I said that would be difficult for me, she just sat there with a disgusted look on her face and continued watching tv. I then said "never mind, I'll find another laundromat" and that was ok with her. Even then she made no attempt to get up off her butt and help me. The owner should replace her immediately with a more friendly customer oriented attendant.
