Need to do small electrical fixes to a house I'm selling, buyer wants electric face plate covers on some switches/outlets that are missing And to move a wire in the attic that is under the insulation Should not take more then 1 hour paying $50 plus supplies/parts email me i will show you the inspection report with what they are referring to.
