TCH Southwest is seeking a Warehouse - Shipping and receiving Warehouse Job Duties: -Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) -Receive and process material (pick, unload, label, store) -Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits -Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization -Motivation to cross-train in all aspects of the warehouse -Report any discrepancies in inventory -Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers -Operate and maintain preventive maintenance - warehouse vehicles and equipment -Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations -Maintains quality service by following organization standards -Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Requirements -Proven working experience as a warehouse worker -Good attitude with team working environment -Flexibility with assigned tasks -Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods -Good organizational and time management skills -Ability to lift objects -Current forklift license preferred -Professional communication with customers, vendors and co-workers -Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills are required - Clean driving record is a required and the ability to pass a physical and drug test.
