Family owned business seeking contract laborers with a strong work ethic and the ability to lift heavy tools and equipment, 75 lbs and up, climb roofs, crawl underneath mobile homes, and work some 12 hour days in heat or cold. Some days will be 2 hours of work and you'll be off by noon and some days will be 8 hours of work and 4 hours of driving. Every day is different and every job in a different location throughout the state of Oklahoma. Some jobs require out of town stays in shared hotel rooms with other crewmen. No excuses for tardiness or absence because once the truck leaves, you've missed work for the day. Candidates must live in the Oklahoma City or surrounding area and be available to work weekends. Candidates must have basic knowledge of power tools. No experience required as long as you're willing to learn how to do the job correctly. If you have mobile home setup experience, pay rate may be negotiable depending on amount of experience and reliability. Random drug tests will be requested as well as criminal background check. Pay rate depends on experience and abilities. Flat rate per day, regardless of the number of hours worked. Pay rate starts at $100 per day, but will increase with experience and job performance. Candidates will sign a workman's compensation release form and be provided with a 1099 at the end of the year. This is a contract labor job, not an offer of employment. No benefits.
