Description
We are looking for an immediate hire to fill the position of Handyman/Maintenance Technician. A highly motivated individual with keen attention to detail is desired for this role.
* Proven working experience as handyman or maintenance technician.
* Knowledge of maintenance functions such as painting, snow removal, minor repairs.
* Basic understanding of plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
* Integrity and ability to work well with others as well as independently.
* Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
* Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
* Carry out special projects when necessary.
Candidates must have positive attitude, good work ethic and organization skills.
A minimum of 2 years experience and a valid driver's license is required for this role.
Hours: 9:00am-4:30pm - Monday thru Friday
