We are always seeking friendly, cleaning staff to add to our team of Independent Cleaners! We have been very successful in recently winning office and retail contracts so we are looking for new cleaners to work with us. We are looking for professional & reliable cleaners. We provide Construction Cleaning, Hood Cleaning, Janitorial Services & much more. $150 Bonus to start. Additional $150 after three successful months holding an account. Building/Office Cleaning (including but not limited to) TRASH: 1. Empty waste baskets and other trash containers. 2. Replace plastic garbage liners/bags.. 3. Dispose trash into designated bins FLOORS: 1. Sweep and mop all un-carpeted floors and hallways 2. Vacuum all carpeted floors, hallways, rooms, and offices 3. Tilt or move easily moveable items to clean underneath SURFACES: 1. Clean and dust tables and furniture surfaces RESTROOMS: 1. Scrub and disinfect sinks, toilets, and urinals 2. Clean and Wipe counter tops, door handles, toilet paper dispenser, hand soap dispensers, and paper towel dispensers 3. Clean mirrors 4. Empty trash containers and replace plastic garbage liner/bag 5. Spot-clean walls, doors, light switches, and all corners 6. Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors 7. Wash and clean partitions between toilets 8. Refill and stock toilet tissue, paper towels, liquid hand soap to proper level, and bleach tablets in toilet tanks 9. Dust window sills END OF SHIFT: (If keys are provided) 1. Turn off fans and lights 2. Secure the building by locking all doors and windows REPLY TO THE JOB AD.
