Opening for experienced maintenance supervisor. Must have the following skills: HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. Install water heaters, HVAC equipment. EPA certificate and pool certification. Good experience with basic plumbing, electrical and appliance troubleshooting and maintenance. Supervision of 3 other low skilled maintenance personnel. Able to schedule vendors for painting, sheetrock and building maintenance. Must have own transportation and own tools. Able to manage supply inventory and reordering. Serious inquiries only.
