Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with several properties in the Boulder & Longmont area. The ideal candidate would be energetic, detail oriented, and motivated to complete tasks quickly and efficiently. The main portion of the work will include preparing airbnb locations for guests. This will include; making beds, stocking, dusting, vacuuming, taking inventory, cleaning kitchens & bathrooms. This work will need to be completed within a time window to ensure the space is ready for a 4pm check in time.Weekdays & weekends during the hours of 10am-4pm. Approximately 10-20 hours per week with possibility for more hours based on performance.Additional work at the properties will be available as the spring & summer seasons approach. Reliable transportation required. Must be able to pass a background check.
