I respect your privacy so I most likely won't approach you in public unless I know for sure that theres attraction and you aren't going be offended. Even after a couple long stares and a smile I'm still hesitant.
If you see a guy you like help maybe help him out a little. You could ask him for directions, ask him if he knows any good restaurants in the area, or just ask for his help with something, anything. I would agree and say that most guys will never approach you because we don't want to intrude, it's awkward or we just don't have a f'n clue what to say.
What do you think? How can I know for sure it's cool to come talk to you?
