Slot available in our practice space. Elevator building, convenient location, clean. Looking for responsible and respectful musicians. We are looking for a solo musician or duo to take this open spot. Located right off the Montrose L, near Three Dollar Bill. We are looking for someone who will be respectful of Covid precautions and building rules. Building rules require everyone to wear a mask (covering the nose and mouth) in all common areas. No smoking inside of the building, and bathrooms may be used by one person at a time. Our room has an air purifier, and we all have agreed to wipe common surfaces down after use. Availability $150/month: - Early mornings 7 am - 10:30 OR - Up to 5 hours/week; days available are Mondays, Tuesdays before 2 pm, Wednesdays, Thursdays before 5 pm, Fridays before 6 pm, Sundays before 12 pm and after 4 pm. The rate is for up to the stated number of hours. 150/month is the minimum even if you want to use the space for fewer hours, as we want one person for the open slot, to keep the number of people sharing the room to a minimum. If your situation doesn't exactly fit the brackets above, get in touch and we can see if something can work. Room has an AC, heater, PA, 2 speakers, 2 mic stands, 1 mic, drum kit. Drummers should bring own snare. Guitarists should use own amp (can store in room). Bassists welcome to bring own bass amp or direct in to PA. Vocalists should bring own mic, and there are alcohol wipes available for the shared vocal mic if needed.
