Real Estate Investment / Property Management Company is looking for a qualified applicant to serve as a Property Maintenance Professional for the management of 80+ rental units. Duties: Typical duties include preparation of rental units. Specific duties include painting, cleaning, landscaping and also assisting property manager with larger tasks such as drywall, light plumbing, and other typical property management projects. Properties are located in South Broward and Miami Dade County. Qualifications: - Reliable Transportation is a requirement! - Dependable, honest, hardworking and on time. - Relevant Experience a plus. Compensation: Salary: $12/ hour (w/ opportunity to increase). Hours: 40 hours per week full time, Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm.
