You can start work immediately! Distribution company expanding operations due to explosive growth is looking for qualified individuals to join our top notch team and grow with us! We will train you to become part of our team. This position consists of picking and packing a variety of products destined for retail stores. Various other duties will be performed as well as cross training in areas outside of picking and packing. Skills and Abilities * Operate effectively within a team to complete tasks as directed * Lifting is required - typically upto 50 pounds * Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift * Learn skills quickly and make continuous improvements as needed Environment - Fast-paced, focused & detail oriented - Team work oriented - Distribution Qualifications and Skills Essential Functions Must have an extremely positive, “can do” attitude and get along well with others Must learn quickly and be able to fit easily into a team to accomplish tasks as necessary Must have a keen eye for detail Must be able to communicate effectively with production team to address all situations Assist in manually loading boxes on delivery trucks Able to willingly perform other tasks as assigned Able to operate in fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: Hollywood, Florida Working hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
