Fishing mate wanted for drift fishing boat

I'm looking for a mate for a half day drift fishing boat. Some days and possible some nights. Must be reliable, have good transportation, and pass mandatory US Coast guard drug test. Looking for someone that has drive and is customer service oriented as your income is heavily based on gratuities from the customers. Pay is based on trip pay Plus gratuity. I am looking for a full-time or possibly part-time mates.
