Published poet offering one on one poetry review/support. I'm the author of two books of poetry; Sometimes the Blue Trees and The Animal Indoors, which was selected by Terrance Hayes for the Center of African American Poetry Award. I received my MFA in poetry from Columbia. As I train for the NYC Marathon I'm raising money for Girls On The Run by offering poetry classes. Classes will be $100 dollars an hour and include one on one support for any level of experience. From anywhere to helping you line edit an manuscript to a newcomer to poetry showing you poems I love and trying out some prompts together. The classes will very much be guided by the practitioners (your) needs and interests! *Classes available until a day before the marathon, November 6th
