Community Game and Movie Night full of fun games and events for all ages groups. For my 50th birthday, I am hosting my 1st annual public Community Game & Movie Night Funraiser. There will lots of board and card games, contests, events, raffles, and gift giveaways. Mask decorating contest, double Dutch contest, spades contest, dominos, chess, potato sack races, arts and crafts and much more. We have tried to think of all kinds of fun activities for all age groups. Profits from this event will be donated to a local nonprofit organization selected by the attendees. Costs: $25 ages 21 and up $10 ages 13-20 $5 ages 5 -12 FREE for those under 5 years old $10 for ALL active duty or veteran US Military (with valid ID) Parking is available. No one will be permitted to enter without a wristband, no outside food and drinks permitted, and drinking alcohol outside of the gated areas is not permitted. This is an outdoor event- with COVID-19 precautions All GAMES and items, except the food and drinks will be pre-sprayed with MIRCOBAN, which provides up to 24 hours protection. Body temperatures will be checked prior to admittance, and those with a temp of 99.2 or higher, will not be permitted. Sanitizer will be provided. Masks and low back lawn chairs are strongly suggested. ***Located on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., FL between Cedar Ave. and Park Ave. (in the parking lots across from Shiloh Missionary Church) ***This is behind the house address listed; DO NOT GO TO THE HOUSE, no one will be permitted in the house. The spaces are being donated, as a courtesy, for use by the home owner and Shiloh Missionary Church. If you want to volunteer or donate games, food, sanitizer, gloves, masks, art supplies, old newspapers, services or funds, and or to do some post clean up work, please call 386-753-7788. Remember, the profits will be donated to a local nonprofit organization, so come have fun and give back in your community. No firearms are permitted to the event, even if you have a concealed weapons permit. (Rain date, in case it needs to be rescheduled with be Sunday 8-22-21)
