A gentle morning hike, incorporating mindful and yoga practice, thru DC's most treasured green spaces with Eaton Wellness Join nature lover and yoga teacher Sydnea Lewis for a morning hike incorporating mindful and yoga practices to experience how nature can improve physical health and mental well-being. This 3-hour excursion will be a safe space to feel grounding connections with Earth and receive collective care - including a full yoga session. Connecting with nature through walking and yoga produces a lovely positive mood and is great for the body. About Sydnea Sydnea @sydnea_deboriah came to yoga teaching as a pathway to reach youth in D.C. Since she began teaching in 2015, she has been able to touch and inspire not only the lives of children in schools but adults as well. Sydnea is certified to teach children through the Budding Yogis Teacher Training, and she received her 200HR Hatha yoga certification through Yoga District. She believes that yoga is for everyone – regardless of age, race or background – and is striving to share that with her peers. Yoga has been a part of Sydnea's life for over a decade. Her practice has helped her grow stronger and more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat.
