Join us for the next installment of our cooking series down at the Intervale Center, where we’ll fire up the grill and learn all about cooking on skewers with City Market’s Executive Chef Michael Clauss. We’ll work together to assemble and cook a variety of skewer options while learning some basic grilling tips to make the most of the season’s harvest.

Parking: Please note that parking in the City Market Downtown lot is not available for class participants. There is free 2-hour parking available at the Burlington City parking garages, located on Bank Street and Cherry Street. Parking in the City Market South End lot is permitted.
