Join us for a night of grilling basics focused on skewer-based recipes with Executive Chef Michael Clauss! Join us for the next installment of our cooking series down at the Intervale Center, where we’ll fire up the grill and learn all about cooking on skewers with City Market’s Executive Chef Michael Clauss. We’ll work together to assemble and cook a variety of skewer options while learning some basic grilling tips to make the most of the season’s harvest. We offer a large selection of local, organic and conventional foods, and thousands of Vermont-made products. Our Downtown and South End stores are open daily. We offer over a dozen classes each month - engaging and inspiring cooking, gardening, and wellness classes taught by wonderful local instructors. There is free 2-hour parking available at the Burlington City parking garages, located on Bank Street and Cherry Street. Parking in the City Market South End lot is permitted.
