Description

• Must have a valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and reliable work appropriate transportation • Experience with drywall and texturing, paint, and basic mechanicals (but not limited to): HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, roofing/ceiling leaks, Interior/exterior lights and fans, flooring, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors and locks • Performs troubleshooting support for plumbing, garage door, irrigation, and electrical issues: unclogs drains; repairs or replaces leaky drain traps, water lines, leaking fixtures, and waste disposals; cleans and tests garage door sensors; replace guide tracks; reprograms remotes; replaces breakers, light switches, Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI's), electrical outlets, light fixtures, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors; repairs or replaces sprinkler head leaks, valve stems and piping. Performs various home repairs: carpentry - replaces door and window trim, repairs stair handrails, replaces doors and windows, repairs flooring; drywall - patch, texture, touch-up, and paint; roofing - repairs to shingles, flashing and replaces underlayment with the use of a nail and or staple gun; fencing - replaces or repairs pickets, posts, sections, and gates; removes debris and leaves from gutters; changes lightbulbs; replace air filters; tightens towel racks; re-keys residences; adjusts doors and cabinet hinges; replaces faceplates. • This is an Independent Contractor Position – the canidate will be responsible for providing all material, providing detailed bids and photos of any work completed and will be paid within 5-7 days.
