Hiking and Yoga at South Mountain
Join us for an outdoor workout that includes hiking, mindfulness, and yoga at South Mountain in Meriden. We will do a 3.5 mile roundtrip hike up to the top of the mountain. As the sunsets, we will guide you through a yoga sequence to stretch and open up the body...no yoga mat needed. There will be a guest yoga teacher.
My goal is to create an enjoyable, safe, and memorable workout outdoors. Space will be limited to 10 people so that we can practice social distancing. You will be asked to pre-register and sign a waiver before the hike. No "walk-in" participants may attend. Be sure to bring water and wear shoes appropriate for hiking.
Please register by September 23rd to join the hike.
Hiking with Aloha is a health and wellness focused experience that includes hiking, mindfulness, yoga and meditation combined. Our goal is to create an enjoyable, safe, and unique experience outdoors.
