Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be part of a crew assisting with general maintenance tasks for a large portfolio of commercial buildings. General Responsibilities: Perform daily property tours Perform routine maintenance tasks General knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC Seasonal tasks such as snow clearing, & weeding Assist / monitor work performed by outside contractors General cleaning, and upkeep of properties Assist construction crews as needed Personal skills and attributes: General building knowledge General knowledge of hand tools and their functions Treats employees, tenants, vendors, and subs as partners Acts with integrity, maintaining ethical standards Team player Detail oriented Health insurance, vacation and sick time part of benefit package
