Join us for our monthly COMBA Women's Rides! All women are welcome! The sixth COMBA Women's Ride will be at Elk Meadow Park. We are so excited to have you join us for fun on the trails, beers+prizes afterwards and meeting fellow MTB women. This is an all-level, no drop ride where all women are welcome. Riders will be placed into groups (easy paced, intermediate/medium pace, or advanced pace) based on preference. Elk Meadow Lewis Ridge Trailhead 2855 Bergen Peak Drive Evergreen, CO 80439. This ride meets at 5:30 pm, wheels rolling by 5:45. We value the safety of our participants and will be adhering to state and local COVID-19 precautions throughout the year. Currently, local guidances does not require individuals to wear masks when outdoors and mask wearing will be optional for this event. We will be encouraging social distancing of 6ft or more at the trailhead and when stopping alongside of the trail. If state or local guidance changes, we may update our requirements and we continue to operate with the safety of our participants and volunteers in mind. Just a reminder, you don't have to be a COMBA member to participate. There is a $5.00 registration fee. Refunds will not be processed past 8/15/21. The registration fee will be going directly to the GoFundMe of Annijke Wade. Annijke is an incredible advocate and coach for women in MTB who needs our support. She is recovering from a devastating cycling injury and the funds will help her cover the extensive medical costs associated with her recovery.
