Cat/kitten request

Hi! This might sound a bit ridiculous, but... I am looking for a free cat or kitten. I currently have an 8 year old spayed female cat that I absolutely love. However, I would really like another, female or male, any age. I have a little over six years working in the veterinary industry, because I just cannot stay away from animals. If you have one to give, please know that s/he will be in good hands. About three weeks ago, I broke my elbow and was hospitalized for some time. That being said, I am unable to drive. It sounds ridiculous, but if you have a cat/kitten and are in the area (77098) and willing to bring kitty by, I would LOVE it! Thank you.
