Need help with my quadriplegic friend

I am seeking help taking my quadriplegic friend for a haircut nest Wednesday, August 18 - 12:30 PM to approximately 4:00 PM. I will need help getting him in his wheelchair then down 6 steps into a van. The van will take us from 5751 S. Michigan to 1374 W. 79th St. and back. I will then need help back up the stairs and into bed. I am seeking an able bodied person that can help me lift my friend who is only about 90 lbs. I will pay $15.00 an hour cash.
