Lost bird cockatiel

Our cockatiel Mike flew out on 08/06/2021. He was last spotted 08/09/2021 around 9 AM at railroad museum (Strand). He is hand fed and tame, but is scared and stays high up. Any help finding him will be greatly appreciated. REWARD IS OFFERED
