This class will discuss in detail the origin, composition, and steps required to produce a chocolate truffle (also known as a bon bon). You will get a sneak peek at the process, and learn the method to make ganache. There are two sessions that last about 25 minutes, and a break in between. There will also be a brief question and answer session after the class.
