This class will discuss the origin, composition, and steps required to produce a chocolate truffle and the method of making ganache filling. Glacier Dessert Bar is now offering a series of chocolate classes to the public! This class will discuss in detail the origin, composition, and steps required to produce a chocolate truffle (also known as a bon bon). You will get a sneak peek at the process, and learn the method to make ganache. There are two sessions that last about 25 minutes, and a break in between. There will also be a brief question and answer session after the class.
